How to Find a Product |
|
Shopping
online at 101wholesale.com is easy. Whether you're simply
browsing or searching for a specific product there are numerous ways
in which to conduct your search:

Category
Search - Simply
use the menus on the left hand side of the page to select a
category you are interested in. A floating menu will appear
with a further selection of categories. Use your mouse to
click on the category you are interested in and this will
take you into that page. When you are in a sub-category it
is possible to return to the previous selection by clicking
the link at the top of the page.

Keyword
Search ? at the
top left of the screen, just under our logo, you will see a
box. By typing a keyword into this box you can
search the entire contents of the site. For example if you
were looking for a particular size AA battery type the word
?AA' into the box and click on the red button and all the AA sized
batteries available will be displayed.
You can also search for
particular brands or by barcode using the same method.

Detailed Product Specs. & Qty Price Discounts |
| When the list of relevant products
is displayed on the screen, click on the photograph or the name of
the product for more detailed information and a large product
image. This will also provide you with further qty discounts (if
applicable) and minimum order qtys. You must be a registered member
and logged-in to view prices and qty discounts.

Buying A Product |
|
When you
have decided which products you wish to buy type in the quantity
required and click the BUY NOW button to add this item to
your shopping basket. Information about your shopping basket is
displayed at all times at the top right hand side of the screen.
When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay for your goods
click on the shopping cart area at the top right of the screen. This
will take you to a detailed list of the products in your
cart/basket.
If
you are not ready to complete your purchase now
simply add your products to the Permanent Cart.
This will allow you to compile your order over a period of, say, 2
weeks and save time when you come back to purchase the goods.
The contents of the shopping cart remains there until
you remove items from it.

Order Deadline |
For Same day dispatch, Please ensure
all weekday internet orders are received by
4pm.
During busy times of the year
(Oct-Dec) we operate a Following Day Dispatch System (i.e. an order
placed Monday before 4pm will be dispatched the following
day on Tuesday.
Similarly an order placed Monday after 4pm will be
dispatched on Wednesday etc).

Out-of-Stock Items |
|
When you submit an
order on our website you will receive email acknowledging the list
of items ordered and whether your card has been
authorised/declined. You will then receive a further email from us
informing you of dispatch and providing you with a courier tracking
number to allow you to track your order on-line. You should check
both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are
any errors.
If ordered item has
just sold out at time of ordering, we will endeavour to contact you
via email within 24 hours during UK working hours. We will not
charge your Credit/debit card until your order has been dispatched.
The only exception to this is where the order is a special order
that is specific to you and we may have to take payment with order.
If
you order is being held due to stock shortages or issues with your
payment, you will be sent an email informing you of such, and you
must get in touch with our sales team immediately. In such cases,
your order will be held until we hear from you. It is for this
reason that you must ensure you have provided accurate and
up-to-date email and telephone contact details.

Back Order Policy |
| We do not keep back orders for items
that are sold out at time of ordering. The website will usually
provide approx redelivery dates. To ensure you receive the product,
please reorder once the item is back in stock. If the price of the
product has dropped since your iinitial order,
you will pay the new (lower) price. Similarly, if prices have
increased you will pay the new (higher) price. You may email

Cancelling Orders |
| If you wish to cancel an order with
us, this must be done in writing by fax (020 8591 7834) or e-mail (sales@101wholesale.com)
along with your order number and confirmation of your cancellation
request. For items cancelled after dispatch, you will incur a 15%
handling charge on the value of goods purchased.

collect my order from your showroom? |
| Due to the higher costs involved in
face-to-face transactions we are not open to walk-in customers with
orders below ?1000 (in which case payment will have to be made
in-store with cash or credit card). If your order is below this
