Tracking your consignment
with UPS
On-line tracking of consignments will
require you to have 1 of 2 numbers emailed to you:
a.
You can track your parcels using our internal reference number which
we will have been emailed to you. Our tracking number will usually
start with the number 8 or 9 and look something similar to the following
10015/10/02. In fact the first 5 digits are your invoice number.
OR...
b. Use the tracking number
sent to you by UPS in their email entitled "Quantum Notify" or similar
(1Z xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx or similar)
Instructions
a.
Using our reference number emailed to
you with the courier's name
- Visit
http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_GB
- or
www.ups.com
then select United Kingdom
- Click on "TRACKING"
- From the left menu option click
"TRACK BY REFERENCE NUMBER"
- Type in the reference number that we
emailed to you (the format should look something like 83410/10/02 or
similar)
- In the "DESTINATION POSTCODE" enter
your delivery postcode
- In the "DESTINATION COUNTRY" select
United Kingdom
- It is not necessary, but you can
narrow down the search by selecting a smaller date range
- Tick the "I agree to UPS terms &
conditions" box
- Click on the TRACK button
- Your consignment details will now
appear
b.
Using the UPS Quantum Notify Tracking
Number
Follow steps 1-3 stated above
- Click on "TRACK BY TRACKING NUMBER"
- Enter the UPS tracking number
(begins with 1Z xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx)
- Tick the "I agree to UPS terms &
conditions" box
- Click on the TRACK button
- Your consignment details will now
appear
You can also tracking your consignment by
phoning UPS on 08457 877 877. You will require the UPS Quantum
Notify Tracking Number (1Z xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx) |
