These remotes are ex-demo or sometimes 14 day returns stock.  This means that the remotes were either held by engineers on board their vehicles for the purpose of replacing stock during call outs.  Alternatively, they may be remotes which were returned (non-faulty) under a 14 day policy by a major high street retailer.  As a consequence, the remotes my have minor imperfections, or scuffs or poor packing presentation.  This is reflected by the fact that the remotes are considerably cheaper than the regular wholesale price.  All remotes are fully operational/working.
